Ryder - Plum Creek Ride the Lightning
Ryder is a charming little dog that was bred by Plum Creek Aussies, an ASDR breeder that focuses on producing charming and versatile puppies that do well in conformation, and a variety of sports including rally and agility. Ryder is an absolute sweetheart, I will admit that before meeting him that I didn't really understand why so many folks wanted the little guys but I get it now - what a charming and easy to work with little dog he has been! Ryder has lived with us here at Rust Belt Farms since September 2023 - he has been working on the extensive veterinary work needed to be imported to Australia. When Ryder arrived here in September, he has spent several months in the care of another who did not set him up for his best success - despite that, he has grown to be a charming and lovely little dog who adores people, and is genuinely fun to be with! Ryder has traveled across the USA being socialized by a variety of people and homes, he has been evaluated by an AKC Conformation Judge who was impressed by his quality for his small size.
Ryder enjoys playing with tugs, chasing after Mackinaw, he LOVES swimming and jumped off the dock into the pool without hesitation the first time we introduced him to it, and started some foundation disc work with junior handlers. If Ryder was staying in the States, he would have a bright and darling future in sports and performance.
