Rust Belt Second Law of Thermodynamics "Entropy"
Entropy is from our Ambrosia x Newton litter born November 2020; and this little red merle dog is a ray of sunshine for her personality! Entropy is an enthusiastic dog, she is very quick with both her brain and her feet. Entropy will be an all-around versatility dog, she is working on her AKC Champion in conformation, she loves to play disc, she has a lot of natural talent in herding and is both gentle and efficient with her stock, and one of her favorite hobbies is swimming in the pond and being in water any chance she gets. Entropy can be on the softer side, but she has tons of talent and ability when its time to compete.
Her sire Newton competes in Master level agility, and has titles in Obedience, FastCAT, Rally, and Trick Dog and Ambrosia competes in Dock Diving, FastCAT, Disc and Barn Hunt and has received multiple invites to National & International finals.

Disc
Entropy is a fun little disc dog, she has a lot of enthusiasm and does well tracking her discs. She is good about turning on the burners for a burst of speed, and has a beautiful jump style with collection. Entropy has been going with us to several competitions - she does need to practice and do a few warm ups at the field to get her ready to compete because she is very enthusiastic, and then she is ready to settle and focus. She has no problems chasing down discs for longer throws or shortening for smaller and closer throws - we keep working on our groove together.

Conformation
Entropy is currently working on her AKC Championship; so far she has a 4pt Major and 3pts, she placed Best of Winners for her Major! She is a wonderfully built Miniature American Shepherd and maintains that classic "Aussie" look in her build and type. Conformation is something that Entropy doesn't naturally enjoy, but she is a lovely dog!

Herding
Entropy has been taking herding lessons here in Michigan and attended a herding clinic and surprised us with how well she has done. She has good balance, confident, gentle, and able to move the stock without excessive energy and force, she had a good sense of grouping too. This is going to be one of Entropy's goals for the upcoming year is to polish her skills to begin some entry level competing and build her skill.
Dock Diving
Entropy absolutely loves to swim! We need to work with her to teach her to jump off the dock - but she thinks going for a swim is great fun.
